In the back of your closet, and bottom of drawers
Buried beneath everything, are shirts of yore
Of times past they remind, of life’s earlier cares
Too close to let go of, too far to still wear

You might find a box, to keep them safe
For that day you might need them, just in case
But we all know they linger, for dust and for moth
It’s a common conundrum, when hearts mix with cloth

Project Repat

Coming to your rescue, on a white noble steed
Is Project Repat, it’s what your shirts need
Send them away, to be cut into squares
And they’ll return you a quilt, for all to share

The process is easy, it will leave you in awe
To enjoy your shirts once more, for a final hoorah
The quilt you should know, is eco-friendly
Reducing carbon footprint, it’s like planting a tree

And the place that it’s made, is familiar to most
In the U.S. of A., toward the East Coast
Project Repat, takes your memories
and for a nominal price, makes a quilt from your tees
